Produced by flat-slot die extrusion HDPE sheet (high density polyethylene), raw material for which is a thermoplastic polymer of ethylene, has a good and rare combination of mechanical strength, chemical, radiation and moisture resistance. This makes low-pressure polyethylene sheet irreplaceable in many application areas.

HDPE (LOW-PRESSURE POLYETHYLENE) FEATURES
Polyethylene sheet is the most popular and widely used among all produced synthetic polymers, copolymers and composites. The low price of raw materials, the fact that HDPE can be recycled and its good manufacturability made HDPE one of the most financially economical materials, which is almost universally used. Low-pressure polyethylene sheet can be vacuum-, pneumatic- and mechanical- thermoformed without any problems, it is well cut, drilled, glued and, moreover, has a high impact strength at low temperatures, which expands the range of HDPE applications.
Polypropylene sheets are characterized by high resistance to cracking. Good impact resistance at sub-zero temperatures. Can be manufactured in different colors, depending on the customer requirements. UV-stabilization is possible.
