Acrylonitrilebutadienestyrene+polycarbonate
The leaves produced on the basis of the composition ABS plastic and polycarbonate have higher impact strength than the sheets of ABS plastic. Indicators of impact resistance can be changed by changing the proportions of the polycarbonate sheet. With increasing shares of polycarbonate increases the resistance of a material. This composition has good resistance to solvents, alcohols, oils.

Scope
Mostly this material is used in the automotive industry for the manufacture of exterior and interior of cars. Also from this composition produced household items, sporting goods, cases for various devices and appliances.

Features ABS+PC (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene + polycarbonate)

Plastic sheets from ABS/PC are composite material sheets on the basis of polycarbonate (PC) and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) with perfect blend of mechanical, thermal and reological properties. ABS/PC parts feature good surface quality, stiffness, crack resistance, thermal form stability and high resilience.

ABS/PC plastic shows good long-term weatherability, resistance to alcohols, saline solutions and oils. Note that alkalies, aliphatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbon may cause cracking

ABS/PC plastic shows good stiffness, high impact resistance at low temperatures, high thermal stability, low deformation rate
